At Vital Renew Hair Care, we value our customers and stand behind the quality of our hair care products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!

Returns

Due to the nature of our hair care products, we only accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
